The Imperial Sovereign Queen City Court of the Buckeye Empire of All Ohio, Inc. is the local, Cincinnati-based chapter of the International Imperial Court system, a network of almost 70 courts/chapters in North America. The River Bears are a social organization of, but not limited to, Gay men who consider themselves bears and their admirers. What is a bear you ask? Everyone has different opinions on that topic. In general terms, bears are men who feel that they don't exactly fit in the stereotypes of what society, both gay and straight, perceive the ideal gay man should be. Rivers bears were founded in response to these men's question; Where do we have to go?
Tristate Leather Sponsors the Tristate Mr. Leather Contest held annually in November and organinzed to promote the 'leather lifestyle' in the TRISTATE region. Our winner in 1999 went on to win the title "International Mr. Leather" (IML) in Chicago - the top honor in this genre.
